With the Keyspan PR-US2, I have full use & control of my desktop mouse including left & right mouse key and scrolling from the toggle switch on the side. Now I can browse the web, watch Hula & Net Flicks on the Big Screen in my entertainment room 50ft away from the computer, Very Cool. It Works Great and works through walls. 
Reviewed: 2010-06-20media mode does not work with Mac OS According to the manual (downloaded from Amazon), media mode does not work with Mac OS. This should be stated clearly in specifications as it says it works with Mac and says it has media mode, which implies media mode works with Mac.
Reviewed: 2010-03-28Wonderfully designed presentation remote We have 20+ of these Keyspan presentation remotes and they're, by far, the absolute best that money can buy for the price. We've never replaced with anything else in over two years. Feature set is unbeatable and battery life is really good. The user even has the option of syncing the remote so that no other presentation remote can create interference with the presentation. If you're looking for a presentation remote in the $30-$60 price range, look no further and purchase. 
Reviewed: 2010-02-25counterintuitive This clicker is counterintuitive. You need to roll a roller toward you to advance the slide, and away from you to back up. When pressing the button for the laser, it is too easy to move the roller on the side accidentally, unintentionally advancing slides. It is also inconvenient, and takes too long, to start the laser pointer, which also requires two hands. Who came up with this?
